April 24, 2004 RMA meeting
Held at the home of Larry Allred.

Members present:  Larry C. Allred, Bob Olson, Norma Allred, and Sherral Goodrich.

Our meeting of 24 Apr 2004, was short and to the point.  We had two topics of discussion that were covered.

1st- Norma Allred is putting together a dialog, skit, or whatever you would like to call it, that will be performed at the reunion.  The principle characters of the skit are, 1st- James Allred, Son of William Allred.  2nd- Isaac Allred, James's brother, 3rd- William Allred, James's and Isaac's younger brother.  The setting, Nauvoo, Illinois, 1840.

Norma's biggest problem is finding a descendant of each of these families to play the parts in this skit.  So if any of you might know some one that you think would like to play these parts, of course who is a descendant of the principle characters, please let us know as soon as possible.  Norma's phone number is: 801-773-2066.  Or you can email that information to me, and I will forward it to Norma.

2nd- Bob was here to represent himself and brother Bill, who's responsibility was to get posters out to all local members of the AFO, in the RMA area.  They have a copy of the Database that Linda Cooper sent ton us, and will sort through it and pick out those within the RMA area who have email addresses, and send to each of them a copy of the bulletin, with instructions to send it out to family and relatives around their local areas, to include posting it on the local bulletin boards.  they will of course send to each of us board members, who will also make copies and do the same in getting it out to family and also posting it on local bulletin boards.

We felt that this would get the bulletin out to the most people without costing the RMA but very little.  Every one at the meeting was positive about both issues.  Our meeting was opened at about 2:15 PM, 24 April 2004, and adjourned at 3:30 PM.
